Outside In Marketing Limited is an independent marketing consultancy, founded by Andrew Chalk applying customer-focused thinking to business problems.
Marketing is a much used and abused term but fundamentally it's all about anticipating and satisfying customer needs for the benefit of the customer and hence the organisation. It has to start and finish with the customer. Far too many organisations are not customer-focused but product-focused - this results in "inside out" marketing which often leads to high product failure rates, wasted marketing spend and dissatisfied customers.
